When AI and automation is useful

AI creates the most value when it solves a clear problem, fits into an understandable workflow, and produces an outcome that can be evaluated. It may be relevant when employees spend significant time reading, writing, listening, classifying, or searching for information, or when language and data can make an existing product more helpful.
