We can test journeys hosted by a third party, but we can only change what you control. If the problem lies in an external service, the report will make that clear.

What if the agent completes the task?
That is a useful result too. We document which agent was used, the conditions that applied and how far it got without help.
Can you make the website more agent-ready afterwards?
Yes, if the check reveals a specific problem that we can solve and verify. We do not propose changes or prices until we have seen the actual journey.
Does the test work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Support varies between agent tools, subscriptions and websites. We always state which tool was tested and do not claim that one result applies to every agent.
What about privacy?
The check uses fictional test data and stops before a real submission. We use the URL and task only to carry out and respond to the enquiry.
What if the form or booking journey is hosted by a third party?
We can test the entire customer journey, but we can only change systems you control. The report distinguishes between your website and external services.
Is this a chatbot?
No. We test how an external agent tool attempts to use your website.
